Provide a unique and functional facility to accommodate a diversity of activities and events for Mayes County and its communities. These events include civic, educational, recreational, and entertainment, as well as the annual Mayes County Free Fair.
All standard rental fees are approved by the Mayes County Board of County Commissioners, the Mayes County Public Facilities Authority Board, and the Mayes County Free Fair Board. Any variance of these fees must be authorized by the Mayes County Board of County Commissioners, the Mayes County Public Facilities Authority Board, and the Mayes County Free Fair Board at a public meeting.
The purpose of rental fees is to generate revenue to offset the operational cost of the Mayes County Event Center Facility and to provide funds for future capital improvements.
Standard Rental Fees:
$250.00 per room per event
* DOES NOT include setup by Facility Management
$350.00 per room per event
* Includes setup by Facility Management (set up of tables and chairs only)
Event holder shall pay a non-refundable twenty-five percent (25%) of the rental fee for the hold date deposit within 30 days of executing the Agreement. The event holder shall pay the balance of the rental fee in full thirty (30) days before the event. If the rental aggreement is made within thirty (30) days of the event, the rental fee is due at signing.
***A refundable security deposit of $350.00 is required for ALL rentals and due upon completion of the rental agreement.***
