About Us
The Mayes County 911 Communications Center serves as the primary Public Safety
Answering Point (PSAP) and emergency dispatch center for Mayes County’s. Servicing more
than 40,000 residents. Our dedicated team is committed to providing fast, reliable, and
compassionate emergency communication services to the communities we serve.
Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Communications Center answers an
average of more than 40 emergency 911 calls each day. Using state-of-the-art Computer Aided
Dispatch (CAD) and call-taking technology, our telecommunicators work efficiently to ensure
callers receive the assistance they need as quickly and safely as possible.
The center is Phase II compliant, allowing enhanced location capabilities that improve
emergency response times and situational awareness for first responders. In addition to
handling emergency calls, the Communications Center proudly dispatches for all 13 fire
departments throughout Mayes County, helping coordinate critical emergency services across
the county.
